Join Chef Susan for the ninth Summer of fun in the kitchen!!
We will as always prepare our meals and snacks from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Along the way we will be learning and reviewing kitchen and food safety, label reading, knife skills kitchen clean up and the best part of all, enjoying everything we make!. All new junior chefs receive a Garnishes for Kids apron, **(junior chefs from previous classes will receive a $5 discount if they bring their apron from a former class)** and a cookbook of recipes learned. Some of the recipes we will cover are Vegetarian, Cakes that Look Like Other Things, International dishes and healthy alternatives to fast food. We average nine recipes per day!!
Class size is limited to 12 and ages are 9-15 years.
Fee: $375.00 for 5 day sessions, $310.00 for 4 day session
(10% discount for second child in a family – $337.50 or $279.00)
I would like to thank you Chef Susan for giving me clues, tips and other stuff about cooking. I had a really good time. My favourite part was – all of it! Thanks again and I wish to see you in the future. Plus I am 100% coming back!
