Chef Susan is also involved with the Upper Grand District School Board’s Continuing Education Classes for Interest and Leisure.

One night culinary classes are available during the Fall, Winter and Spring. Some topics include soups, appetizers and baking. A new three week session called Kids Only Cooking was added  for junior chefs who want to learn simple kitchen and cooking basics.
