Susan Dimma is the Head Personal Chef and sole proprietor of Garnishes Personal Chef Services. She was born and raised in Guelph and has graduated from the University of Guelph in 1983 with a degree in Child Studies.
In 2008, a passion for cooking led her to the Liaison Culinary College where she received honours in the Cook Basic program and earned her honours diploma in the Personal Chef Program.
Chef Susan is also a culinary award winner. She placed second in a recipe contest sponsored by the Egg Marketing Board of Ontario in 2008.
Professional memberships include Canadian Personal Chef’s Association, Guelph Chamber of Commerce, Guelph Wellington Local Food and Women’s Culinary Network. She has also been trained in Smart Serve and National Food Safety.
